In our After School Program, we love creating successful kids! We are committed to your child’s progress in school, sports, leadership, and life! Each week, your child will have the opportunity to participate in an exciting variety of indoor sports and games, educational lessons, arts and crafts, and much more!
We are excited for you to meet our team! In fact, we only hire the BEST coaches who have years of experience, are fully trusted, and have passed a comprehensive level-2 background check! (This is the same type of background check that is required to be a school teacher in The Colony.)
Did you know that we also have full-day camp options when school is closed during the year? It's true! Our goal is to serve your family at the highest level during the entire year! We also have an incredible summer camp too!

Convenient School Pickup Included
Getting your child to after-school activities shouldn’t add stress to your day. That’s why we offer school pickup for students attending select schools in the local area, making it easy for families to fit martial arts training into their weekly routine.
Our team currently provides pickup services from participating schools in:
- Carrollton
- Lewisville
- Frisco
After pickup, students are safely transported to our academy where they can complete homework, socialize with friends, and participate in their martial arts class in a structured and supervised environment.

My daughter tends to be shy and the classes are helping her break out a little more and as you can tell from the picture she absolutely loves it. The program helps her by instilling confidence and of course self-defense. She comes home nearly every time wanting to practice. Each morning she will wake up asking if she gets to go to class today! The adult program and classes are also excellent Mike does and superb job at walking through the techniques step by step.
