Mike, Evan and the other coaches are first class instructors. The first day I stepped in the gym it was open mat, Evan introduced me to a few of the regulars and made me feel right at home. I did some light rolling and decided to do check out a class which was taught by Mike. It was fun and I decided to sign up long term. I highly recommend it to anyone who is hungry to learn, evolve to a better version of yourself, and have the desire to become comfortable with the uncomfortable...or really even if you only just want to improve your physical fitness.

My daughter tends to be shy and the classes are helping her break out a little more and as you can tell from the picture she absolutely loves it. The program helps her by instilling confidence and of course self-defense. She comes home nearly every time wanting to practice. Each morning she will wake up asking if she gets to go to class today! The adult program and classes are also excellent Mike does and superb job at walking through the techniques step by step.
